ICAPP
Created in 1995, Georgia’s Intellectual Capital Partnership Program (ICAPP) is the higher education-based economic development training program of the University System of Georgia. The program innovatively connects the resources of Georgia’s 34 public colleges and universities to the state’s business community. ICAPP team members from each state college and university help Georgia businesses tap into the University System of Georgia for:
